Since our inception, we have acted on both acquisitions and disposals for listed REITS, Charitable Foundations, Institutional Landlords and High Net Worth Clients.

As well established Asset Managers, with over £2bn of Real Estate under management in Central London, this function gives us a competitive advantage and a granular understanding of an asset’s underlying performance and value.

Investment

Our Advisory team cover the full breadth of Capital Markets, including both traditional sectors such as Office, Leisure and Retail as well as Operational asset classes, including Specialist Healthcare, Multifamily & Single Family Build-To-Rent, Senior Living, Hotel, Shutter Storage and Co-Living.

Our team are specialists in assessing repositioning opportunities and defining asset management intensive strategies that present immediate capital value uplifts. Our approach combines technical asset management insight with an innate understanding of underlying value.

We are well placed to acquire or dispose of a broad range of hard assets from institutional-grade long-income portfolios to opportunistic mixed-use assets. 

Development

We operate across the full planning and development lifecycle, advising on sites with and without consent across a range of asset classes. We have acted for major Plc Housebuilders, Housing Associations, Private Developers and Land Promoters.

Our experience spans conditional and unconditional transactions, from site assembly through to major regeneration projects as well as dealing with complex ransom strip, Right of Light and Party Wall matters.

Our in-house capabilities enable us to assist in the formation and ultimate delivery of viable schemes, even in challenging market environments. 

Acquisition & Disposal

We have a deep understanding of both the underwriting and disposal processes, which enables us to unlock and create value for our Clients. We have an unconventional approach to sourcing opportunities, as well as established relationships with Family Offices, Developers, Institutional Funds, Prop-Co’s, High Net Worth Investors and other credible purchasing entities.

Our acquisition work is defined by disciplined due diligence that is supported by proprietary data-led information to aid our clients in underwriting risks.

We specialise in managing the disposal & acquisition of more complex and challenging assets with often intricate ownership structures or intensive asset management requirements.
