- Providing you with relevant workspace Health and Safety reports required by any duty of care holder to ISO:45001, including Fire Risk Assessments and COSHH risk assessments
- Monthly catch-up where your Ops Manager shares summarised updates and projections on expenditure
- Managing the relationship with your Landlord on any communal repair issues
- Managing and negotiating key workspace operational contracts, including cleaning, utilities and waste management
- Option to supply towel services, coffee and tea provisions, F&B, cleaning and sanitary products and other consumables
- Monthly internal inspection by your CoreOps Manager
