• Easy and personable communication solutions, such as reporting issues on ‘WhatsApp’ and access to our online portal and 24/7 Helpdesk
• Resolving all maintenance issues in super quick time
• Booking all proactive maintenance and health and safety testing within the workspace, including plant maintenance, emergency light testing, L8 and water hygiene testing, PAT testing etc
• Providing you (or your Tenant) with relevant workspace Health and Safety reports required by any duty of care holder to ISO:45001, including Fire Risk Assessments and COSHH risk assessments
• Monthly catch-up where your Ops Manager shares summarised updates and projections on expenditure
• Reductions on operating costs
• Managing the relationship with the building Managing Agent (if applicable) on any communal repair issues
• Managing and negotiating key workplace operational contracts, including cleaning, telecommunications, utilities and waste management
• Option to supply Towel Services, Coffee and Tea provisions, cleaning and sanitary products and other consumables
